Processing & Shipping:

Blissfully Liss Jewelry is a collection of one of a kind pieces that are handcrafted by Melissa in New Jersey. Please allow 1-3 business days to process, make, and package up your order. Keep in mind, everything is made to order! We ship out using USPS Ground Advantage which typically takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Priority shipping is available at checkout if needed. 

For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery depending where you are located.

We are not responsible for lost mail. All of our shipments have tracking numbers which are emailed to you when the order goes out to the post office. If you have any issues with your shipment please contact the delivery service to start a claim. 

 

Jewelry Care

Blissfully Liss Jewelry is created by hand with love. We use materials such as delicate metals, freshwater pearls, semi-precious gemstones and real shells. It is best to keep our jewelry away from ocean water, chlorine, and other liquids/chemicals. It's best to take jewelry off when sleeping, showering and being active to avoid damages. Store your handmade pieces in the cloth pouch provided to you in your order. With proper care, your jewelry will last you years! If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out!

Damages

Blissfully Liss Jewelry is packaged and handled with care. We package up orders in branded jewelry pouches, tissue paper and bubble mailers for safe travels to your doorstep. If you happen to receive jewelry damaged or broken, please contact us and we can gladly assist on replacing/fixing!
